The purpose of the charts is two-fold:
- For senior management to understand and question your level of data quality
- For those responsible for data entry or data management to see how well they are doing and decide, if any, actions should be taken.
The report looks at seven parameters, which you can find more about by downloading the paper ‘The Seven Dimensions of Data Quality’.
Why this report is so good, is that it allows clients to see different aspects of their data problems. Not all problems are worth fixing because it may not be severe enough or may not be so important to your business.
